"Remember to rub vigorously, just like with all the groups. "Focus on experiencing the masses and energies in your topic, and put them above you. OK. "Focus on experiencing these sensations and physical feelings in your topic, and put them below you. Good. "Put them to the right of you. OK. "Put them to the left of you. Fair enough. "Focus on these efforts in your topic and put them in front of you. All right. "Put them behind you. Thank you."

Focus on the efforts in your topic as it seems to you now, your experiences of the efforts and others' experiences of the efforts. "Efforts" includes sensations, physical feelings (but not emotions), masses, energies, pressures, forces, impacts and pains. Try and experience the actual physical feelings, masses, energies, impacts and pains, whether yours or others', and not just the idea of them. Then put these physical feelings, masses, energies, impacts and pains above and around you. The reason for this is that often such forces play a part, but one can slide over them and not discharge them because they are not obvious when one simply gets pictures of events in one's mind. Discharging them through the usual rub and yawn mechanism will bring added relief. |
