MP3 AUDIO:
"Take your topic as it appears to you now, and put it above you. OK.
"Put it below you. Good.
"Put it to the right of you. Thank you.
"Put it to the left of you. Fair enough.
"Put it in front of you. All right.
"Put it behind you. Thank you."

Aspect Changes
It will usually happen that your view of your topic will change as it discharges. Some aspect did seem important, but now seems unimportant and some other aspect will have come to the fore and seem important. That is totally fine--go with the flow. Take it as it comes.
Rub & Yawn
It is important to continue to rub and yawn while doing these 6-Direction procedures. The rubbing acts to draw fresh energy into the body, and the yawning will discharge harmful energy from what you have your attention on, assuming it is really a hot topic and not something "safe" you have analytically chosen for some reason.
Encourage yawns, don't suppress them
Sometimes one can sort of feel a yawn starting, but it hasn't really "taken hold" yet. the thing to do is to encourage it--put more attention on that aspect of your topic--and try to turn it into a full-blown yawn. You want to encourage yawns, not suppress them. Yawns discharge stress!
If it bites, stay with it
If a particular 6-Direction variation "bites", in other words, you start getting discharges (yawns, sighs, sobs etc.) from your topic, stick with that particular variation until it stops discharging. This might occur after two runs through, maybe 20 runs through.
No bite, move on
On the other hand, if a particular variation does not bite, and doesn't seem like it is going to after one run through the six commands, leave it and try the next one.
