"Thoughts" includes fixed ideas (true or false), beliefs, agreements, any attitudes or states of mind not covered in the Emotion group.

The reason for this is that such thoughts and decisions, hidden away in one's frozen energy-consciousness somewhere, can often influence one's behaviour later in life. Discharging the harmful energy connected to them through the rub and yawn mechanism can bring them to view, and they will then no longer act as a hidden influence on one.
