The table items are a link to the page and relevant mp3 file.
The info audio is the same as the explanation shown on the written page, if you want to have it near the pre-session check for reference. Each of the table items is a link to the pages or relevant mp3 files.

The following two paragraphs apply to both Reach and Withdraw on a Topic, and Reach and Withdraw on a Thing. Table shows the name of the command group and the times for each of the available audio files. 1x is one group of two commands (one reach and one withdraw); 3x is three groups of the same commands; similarly for 5x, 10x, 30x and 50x. This is to save you space if you want to have five or fifty groups of the same commands one after the other. The info audio is the same as the explanation shown on the written page, if you want to have it near the commands for reference. Each of the table items is a link to the pages or relevant mp3 files.
1. Your topic is so traumatic you can hardly bear to look at it and any other procedure would be too heavy for you. 2. You want a relatively simple introduction to this kind of session.

The different categories of files linked from this page are:
For all categories except 4 (the commands that will make up the bulk of the session) there are three columns in each table. The first is the name of the element and a link to that page; the second is the mp3 file that you would download to your mp3 player to run the session from; the third is an mp3 file of the information shown on the linked page, just in case you need to refer to it before or even during the session. For category 4, there are usually five columns in the table. The first is the name of the element and a link to that page, and the fifth is an mp3 file of the information shown on the linked page as before. The middle three columns are mp3 files of the commands that you would download, depending on how many copies of that group of commands you want, whether 1, 3 or 5. If you wanted 6 copies, you could use two 3's, for instance. In building your own session form, take at least one audio file from each of sections 2 and 3. You would then normally have a bunch from section 4, five or a dozen or whatever. Then one from 5. You would preserve the sense by playing them in the same order. To start with, aim for a session form length of about 20-30 minutes, including repeats. Adjust to taste when you've had some experience of it.
Note that apart from the initial group of 3x with the "General" variation, all the category 4 group variations are one time through each. The reason for this is it gives more versatility to the user, in that if a group "bites" you can repeat the group again and again until it no longer does so. Note that to repeat a group in this way you have to manually repeat the track on your mp3 player each time. The idea of the General 6-Dir groups in the middle is to let things settle down and give you a sort of breather in between doing the trickier variations.
